As Finance Business Partner your role will be responsible for producing high quality MI, robust planning / forecasting, as well as identifying efficiencies that positively impact Bupa's performance. Your primary responsibility is to support both the Commercial Finance Manager and Head of Finance Business Partnering Operations & Transformation as directed.

The role will play a key part in the management and performance reporting, target setting and the planning processes for the BG DAC business, alongside supporting the BG Global Operations and Transformation Finance Team.

**Accountabilities & Responsibilities**
- Support the preparation of monthly Management Information by segment for the BG DAC Executive Committee and quarterly for the Board.
- Support the preparation of monthly Best Estimate Forecast of Performance by segment for the BG DAC Executive Committee and quarterly for the Board.
- Review of BG operational cost base including analysis of monthly results and BEF
- Support on financial review of businesses cases including challenging of assumptions and ensuring financial outcomes are commercially focused.
- Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis as required, including deep dives into key focus areas to understand drivers of performance
- Ensuring that required MI is prepared and delivered timely and accurately
- Working with the other FBPs across BG and all colleagues in BG DAC to support long and short term financial plans.
- Play role in the team in support of the Commercial Finance Manager and Head of Finance Business Partnering Operations & Transformation to develop and manage long term planning models that meet the market unit's business plan requirements and contribute to Bupa's strategy.
- Support the Commercial Finance Manager and Head of Finance Business Partnering Operations & Transformation in the continued development of accurate reporting, forecasting, budgeting and business partnering
- Promote best practice within both the BG DAC and BG Finance teams, and constantly look to improve processes and procedures

**Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role**:

- 4-5 years of experience in the field of accounting, reporting, budgeting and planning.Fluency in English is a must.
- Proven work experience in Finance function in the insurance or financial services industries, ideally from a cost management or analytical environment, with focus on reporting of monthly performance, forecasting and planning processes with a multinational company.
- Highly numerate with ability to process financial data quickly, and strong attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills with emphasis on achieving results and successful outcomes
- Strong stakeholder management experience, with the ability to build and strengthen relationships
- Adaptable to business change and a fast paced environment with a growth agenda, working through conflicting priorities and deadlines
- Initiative and desire to contribute beyond the core expectations of the role
- Demonstrated problem solving and decision making skills
