**Overview**:
This role ensures all documentation submitted complies with established accounts receivable and accounting principles, practices, and standards. The individual in this role will provide and highlight relevant data and trends to help management make informed decisions that positively impact the business and the annual financial plan.

**II. ESSENTIAL FUNCTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivables’ data.
- Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
- Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status.
- Complete basic level accounting transactions in preparation of client financial statement packages.
- Make recommendations based on analysis and status of reservations & contracts.
- Review journal entries of junior accountants to ensure accuracy.
- Review cash receipts journal entry prepared by A/R transactions.
- Analyze workflow and, on a daily basis depending on staffing needs and levels, perform Accounts Receivable Associates duties.
- Assist Accounts Receivable Supervisor with preparation of performance reviews.
- Meet agreed-upon goals and objectives effectively and in a timely manner.
- Interface with client relations, sales, legal, handover, collections, and contracts departments in communicating and resolving issues.

**III. OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Managing accounts, financial statements, and annual reports in compliance with prescribed accounting standards. Preparing documents for audit review.
- Following up the delivered documents from the other branches (related to customers whether reservations or contracts or any related document).
- Following up the issuing receipts from the other branches.
- Following up and reviewing the recording of these documents on the Accounting Systems (Excel sheet - Oracle).

**Skills**:
**KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS**
- Education: Degree in Finance/Accounting is required. CMA or CA preferred.
- Work Experience: 4-6 years of relevant experience.
- PC Knowledge: Microsoft Word, Excel, Oracle.
- Technical Skills: Financial software, general math skills, analytical ability.
