Odoo Developer

[Organization Name] is seeking a talented and experienced Odoo Developer to join our growing team. As an Odoo Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing custom Odoo solutions to meet the specific needs of our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Odoo implementations.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Odoo developments and best practices.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
- Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and other team members to ensure successful project delivery.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong proficiency in Python and Odoo development.
- Experience with Odoo modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, and CRM.
- Knowledge of SQL and database design.
- Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Bonus Points**:

- Experience with Odoo ERP implementation projects.
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
- Experience with other ERP systems.

- Odoo development: 3 years (preferred)
