**Your Role**:
As a Marketing Strategy Manager, you’ll be responsible for tracking, analyzing, and reporting on various marketing campaigns to evaluate success, measure ROI, and determine best practices. Your insights will inform customer acquisition strategies, sales forecasting, media planning, budget allocation, and offer strategies

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and evaluate marketing campaigns, ensuring optimal ROI.
- Analyze customer data to segment the database effectively.
- Provide insights on customer behavior, online engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
- Optimize customer acquisition and retention strategies.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to track key activities and their impact on the sales pipeline.
- Leverage business intelligence reports to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth.
- Translate BI insights into actionable recommendations for sales teams.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong customer focus, understanding both internal and external customer needs.
- Team-oriented mindset, with proven experience in collaborative environments.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Technical experience in using marketing tools, CRM systems, and data analysis software.
- Proficient English skills, ensuring clear and effective communication.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing strategy or a related role.
- **Minimum 5 years of data-driven marketing experience in both B2B and consumer segments.**:

- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Preferred to have previous experience in penetrating new markets or upselling in existing markets.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Familiarity with sales data sources and business intelligence tools.
