We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Performance Management Supervisor to join in Saudi Holding company, you will be responsible for develop and support the implementation, administration and continuous improvement of the company Performance Management System to deliver a system that is transparent, well understood and motivating to the employees.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Partner with depts. heads to cascade Strategic Goals & Objectives into departmental Objectives, and Individual KPIs
- Conduct research through various methods (data collection, surveys etc.) to identify a problematic situation or find the cause.
- Design and maintain organizations balanced scorecards to measure the departments performance & progress required
- Plan and propose projects, initiatives, and action plans to link the Company Strategic Objectives.
- Develop and manage project plan for performance management processes, systems, training, communication and lead awareness sessions and coaches’ managers including goal setting ensuring milestones are met and deliverables achieved.
- Track and report the progress from goal setting, mid-year reviews, and end of year evaluations to support individual, team, and company performance to ensure timely completion by all employees/managers within the established deadlines
- Identify performance gaps to determine (TNA )training needs analysis thus achieving the company goals, objectives and fulfilling the company vision & mission
- Develops HR Metrics - Identify critical workforce requirements (i.e. skills, competencies, and performance outcomes) necessary to achieve current and future organizational/unit results.
- Develop and implement the PM onboarding program to ensure successful transition for new employees
- Manage and implement T&D process and procedures, TNA, Training efficiency evaluation system (before
- during - after) and training plans
- Work with external consultant, training providers and internal development team regarding trainings needs coordination and implementation as per the defined budget
**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related field, relevant experience
- 5+ years of relevant experience in the same position
- Successful record in designing and implementing PM system.
- Certificate in Human Resources Management is a MUST
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
