Primary Areas of Responsibility
- Prepare balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
- Book GL Entries in the Financial System.
- Responsible for the Bank and BS reconciliation.
- Daily follow up with the invoices that received through ETA portal and confirm/decline the invoices when required after discussion with the Finance Manager.
- Participate in the company’s tax inspections. (Egypt & Subsidiaries) and attend inspections meetings.
- Maintain accounting controls as defined by our accounting policies and procedures as well as Egyptian statutory requirements.
- Prepare payments by verifying documentation and request disbursements.
- contribute to the Prognosis reporting and forecasts
- Study existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advise management on needed actions.
- Prepare financial reports and analyses.
- Maintain and update proper paper filing and electronic register for issued bid bonds and performance bonds with proper follow up for renewals and cancellations. Hany: Is this a task for the accountant?
- Responsible for facilitating invoices collection with the help of Financial Controller.
- Follow up company’s purchasing policy and procedures along with maintaining proper filing and data base.
- Follow the company management and quality policies and procedures.
- Have a good information about applicable taxes and inspection time.

Any other reasonable tasks requested by management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree - English Section.
- Adequate knowledge of MS Excel.
