Receive the MSR (Material Supply Requisition) from the concerned department and ensure that it is approved and signed by the concerned manager
- Review the MSR to make sure that all the specifications are mentioned and gather the missing information when needed
- Contact several suppliers, get price offers and compare between them in terms of some factors including price, quality, time of delivery,...etc
- Place the Purchase Order with the chosen supplier and get all the documents needed to complete the process
- Negotiate with the supplier to reach the optimum price with the required specifications
- Follow up on the delivery of the needed items to the site on time
- Create a status report on a weekly basis in order to send it to the project in details to keep track of the materials’ delivery
- Improve the database of suppliers for the company.

**Skills**:
Bachelor degree in Commerce or any relevant major

4 - 7 Years of experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, and Power Point).

Excellent Command of Arabic & English language skills.

Construction background is a must.
