**Job Summary**:
Our partner is on the look for a
**Head of Data Analytics** who will be responsible for leading and managing the organization's data analytics function and oversee a team of data analysts to deliver insights that drive business value. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and with data engineers to ensure the efficient and effective processing, analysis, and interpretation of data.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage a team of data analysts to deliver insights that drive business value.
- Set clear goals and objectives for the team and ensure they are aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members to develop their skills and achieve their career aspirations.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration within the team.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and requirements.
- Translate business requirements into data analytics objectives and deliverables.
- Communicate data insights to key stakeholders across the organization in a clear and concise manner.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders to ensure the organization is leveraging data analytics to drive value.
- Collaborate with data engineers to ensure the efficient and effective processing, analysis, and interpretation of data to meet business requirements.
- Develop and maintain effective data governance policies, procedures, and standards to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of data.
- Stay up to date with emerging trends, tools, and technologies in data analytics and make recommendations for continuous improvement of the organization's data
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure the organization is leveraging the latest data analytics tools and technologies.
- Develop and implement data analytics strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Identify opportunities to leverage data to drive strategic decision-making and operational improvements.
- Monitor and report on the performance of the data analytics function against key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective actions as necessary.
- Ensure the team is adhering to data analytics best practices and standards.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of data modeling, statistical analysis, and data visualization techniques and tools.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Experience working with cloud-based data storage and computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
