We would like to unite all types of gamers and ecosystem players: Console, PC, Mobile Gamers, Amateur or Professional E-Sports Players, E-Sports organizers, Game Studios, Game publishers, Non-Profit Organizations, Retailers, Pre-Owned Equipment buyers and sellers: Unlike others, La3eb will be built exclusively for Arabic speaking gamers considering their preferences from payment methods to loyalty programs and connects them with the local gaming community.

It’s amazing to see how gamers from different parts of the region can interact as elves, dwarves, and other creatures from fantasy worlds and remain united in virtual reality. We believe that by bringing the community of gamers under one roof, we can take the gaming world to another level of excitement in the region. We are a KSA-based company and we have distributed teams who are working remotely based in KSA and Turkey, India, Egypt, etc. We want to create a team of ideal team players who are;

We are looking for a Data Lead who is an innovative, hyper-creative, and digital-savvy person to join our team and drive digital services projects.

**What will be your responsibilities in this game?**
- Manage and mentor a team of data engineers, data analysts, and data scientists.
- Be the voice of data inside the company, having fluid relationships with other departments and pushing for every decision to be a data-driven decision.
- Define and enforce best practices in our data platform: data pipelines, machine learning models, and Data Studio visualizations.
- Manage multiple simultaneous data projects, following up with the teams and keeping fluid communications with stakeholders to manage expectations.
- Be the last word in data modeling, machine learning modeling, and data visualization techniques.

**What will you need to have to win this game?**
- Proven experience leading teams.
- Analytical/Data-driven mindset: Clear understanding of data, analytics, metrics, and statistics.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python.
- Experience working on visualization tools such as Data Studio and Tableau.
- Knowledge of marketing and analytics tools such as Adjust and Google Analytics.
- In-depth understanding of database structure principles.
- Experience gathering and analyzing system requirements.
- Knowledge of data science.
- Understanding of business and ability to drive decisions that affect the bottom line
- Excellent English written and verbal communication and presentation skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly.
- Data engineering experience, including SQL and manipulating large structured or unstructured datasets for analysis
- Hands-on experience in implementing machine learning algorithms and models
- Experience developing data pipelines, transforming data, structuring data, and extracting data from various databases.
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline such as Physics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or Computer Science.
- Team player with the ability to interface with many departments
- Strong attention to detail
- Entrepreneurial spirit - willingness to be an active part of a rapidly evolving start-up
