**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Assurance Automation Engineer at AMK LLC in Cairo, Egypt. The QA Automation Engineer will be responsible for creating test cases, conducting manual testing, performing software testing, and implementing QA automation on projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute automated test scripts using industry-standard testing tools and frameworks.
- Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and create detailed test plans.
- Identify, document, and track software defects, and work with the development team to resolve them.
- Perform regression testing to ensure software updates do not affect existing functionalities.
- Analyze and report test results, providing actionable insights to improve software quality.
- Optimize and maintain automation frameworks to enhance test efficiency and reliability.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in software testing and quality assurance.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and industry best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Computer Science**, **Software Engineering**, or a related field.
- Proven experience in **quality assurance automation**, with a strong understanding of testing methodologies and processes.
- Proficiency in using automation tools such as **Selenium**, **Appium**, **Postman**, or sypress.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as **Java**, **Python**, or **JavaScript** for writing test scripts.
- Experience with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Familiarity with version control tools such as Git.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with performance testing tools like **JMeter** or **LoadRunner**.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
- Familiarity with testing APIs and microservices.
