We are seeking an experienced **Mastercam Programmer** to create and optimize CNC programs for milling, turning, and multi-axis operations. This remote role involves collaborating with on-site teams to ensure program efficiency, accuracy, and part quality.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop CNC programs using Mastercam based on customer specifications for milling, turning, and multi-axis operations.
- Work closely with the on-site team to adjust and optimize programs for efficiency, part quality, and cycle time reduction.
- Maintain an organized database of CNC programs, tracking version changes and ensuring proper documentation.
- Troubleshoot and modify programs to enhance machining accuracy and minimize production downtime.
- Conduct post-processing, simulation, and verification of CNC programs before implementation.
- Provide technical support and training to operators and machinists as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in **Mastercam** and CAD-CAM programming, with 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of CNC machining processes, tooling, and G-code programming.
- Hands-on experience with multi-axis CNC machines (3-axis, 4-axis, 5-axis).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
- Experience with CNC machine setup, operation, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices for machining and manufacturing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize machining processes.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with remote teams and on-site personnel.
- Familiarity with various CNC controllers (Fanuc, Siemens, Haas, etc.) is a plus.
- Attention to detail, with the ability to identify and resolve issues before production.
