- Have an exceptional understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM technical and functional capabilities
- Deep and broad knowledge of technical capabilities of Dynamics 365 CRM, including appropriate certification.
- Having over 10+ years’ experience in MS CRM platform
- Has worked on large implementation projects as an Architect.
- Broad understanding of software development lifecycle, development management, release management, data migrations.
- Knowledge with Microsoft and D365 licensing
- PowerApps, Logic Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Common Data Service
- Visual Studio Team Service
- Lifecycle Services
- Experience of Agile, DevOps Methodology
- Certification in TOGAF would be beneficial
- Expertise in providing both out of the box and development solutions in a Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment
- Experience with Dynamics 365 in a Lead Design Consulting role
- Adept at Business Requirement Analysis with a focus on reducing development effort and simplifying delivery
- Business process mapping, modelling and documentation knowledge
- Deliver CRM end to end CRM Architecture documents for AAIB CRM project ex; solution architecture, infra sizing, integration architecture...etc
- Experience in Teleco and Banking projects would be beneficial.
- Very Strong & Solid Experience in MS.NET, MS SQL (Dev/Admin), MS SharePoint (Dev/Admin), MS Azure Cloud (Dev/Impl/Architecture), and Web technologies & patterns (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, MVC, more).
- Providing advanced & complex client-facing & team Technical & Functional consulting for CRM implementation & operation and learning solutions for Microsoft technologies.
- Conduct end-user/Tech/Functional training and create and maintain knowledge transfer regarding CRM Best Practice in Implementation & Support
- Providing solutions designs and critical technical decision for successful software solutions implementation and solid and technical guidance
- Serve as clients' main point of contact throughout all project phases, effectively manage associated issues and risks and ensure on-time and on-budget implementation delivery that meets clients' needs and requirements.
- Work with Architects to ensure enterprise CRM solutions that are scalable, adaptable, and aligned with changing business needs.
- Experience in the Agile Software Development model
- CRM Architect must have delivered at least three banking CRM projects.
- Should be expert in MS CRM data models & integrations.
- Responsible to deliver **ERD **document that will fulfil the current and future CRM requirements
