**Key Responsibilities**:

- **User Research & Personas**:

- Conduct user research to understand the target audience, their needs, and behaviors.
- Develop detailed user personas to guide the design process.
- **Wireframing & Prototyping**:

- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Design both low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes that represent user journeys.
- **UI Design**:

- Design intuitive, visually appealing, and responsive user interfaces for websites, apps, and other digital platforms.
- Ensure that all designs follow modern design principles (e.g., hierarchy, color theory, balance).
- **UX Design & User Experience Optimization**:

- Develop user-centric experiences by understanding user pain points and translating them into clear, easy-to-use digital interfaces.
- Conduct usability testing to gather feedback, refine designs, and enhance user experience.
- **Collaboration & Development**:

- Work closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and seamless implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product management, marketing) to align design with business goals and brand guidelines.
- **Design Systems & Branding**:

- Develop and maintain UI/UX design systems that ensure consistency across products.
- Work on branding elements and ensure brand consistency in UI design across digital platforms.
- **Responsive & Mobile Design**:

- Ensure that designs are optimized for mobile-first experiences and are responsive across different devices (web, mobile, tablet).

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **UI/UX Expertise**:

- Strong understanding of user experiences design principles, user-cantered design, and usability.
- Expertise in UI design, creating intuitive interfaces that prioritize the user journey.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and other relevant UI/UX software.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to understand design constraints and possibilities.
- **Languages**:

- Fluent in **Arabic** and **English** (spoken and written) to effectively design for diverse user bases.
- **User-Centric Design**:

- Ability to design with the user in mind, creating accessible and inclusive experiences for diverse users.
- **Attention to Detail**:

- Strong understanding of typography, color, and layout to create pixel-perfect designs.
- Attention to detail in creating seamless user experiences from start to finish.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Experience in conducting user testing and usability research.
- A portfolio showcasing your expertise in UI/UX design and relevant case studies.

**Education & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong focus on digital products, websites, or mobile apps.
