**Key Responsibilities**:

- User Research: Conduct user research activities such as interviews, surveys, and data analysis to understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points.
- Information Architecture: Develop clear and intuitive information architectures, creating effective navigation systems for seamless user experiences.
- Wireframing and Prototyping: Use tools like Figma and Miro to create wireframes and interactive prototypes that visually represent user flows and interactions.
- Visual Design: Design aesthetically appealing UI layouts that align with brand guidelines and enhance the user experience.
- Interaction Design: Create user-friendly interfaces incorporating micro interactions, animations, and transitions for an engaging user journey.
- Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability testing sessions, gather feedback, and refine designs based on user insights.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design alignment and timely delivery of projects.
- Accessibility: Integrate accessibility principles into design to ensure inclusivity and compliance with industry standards.

**Requirements**:

- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of UI/UX design projects, demonstrating expertise in all aspects of design.
- Design Tools: Proficiency in Adobe CC Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, InDesign, After Effects), Figma, InVision, and familiarity with UX tools like Miro and Hotjar.
- Skills: Solid understanding of user research, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, interaction design, and usability testing.
- Collaboration: Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Accessibility: Knowledge of accessibility best practices and experience designing for accessibility.
- Attributes: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
