Job Overview
AllRX is seeking a highly organized Dispatch Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing order dispatch, optimizing delivery routes, and ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. You will collaborate closely with drivers, healthcare facilities, and internal teams to maintain smooth operations and resolve any logístical challenges.

**Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, Pacific Time Zone.

**Requirements**:
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor Order Queues: Track incoming orders in real time and organize them efficiently for dispatch.
- Build and Optimize Routes: Plan delivery routes based on priority, location, and urgency to ensure timely deliveries.
- Communicate with Drivers: Provide drivers with route details, updates, and necessary instructions for seamless execution.
- Prioritize Orders: Ensure high-priority orders are dispatched first, considering patient needs and facility requirements.
- Verify Information: Confirm patient and facility details for accuracy before dispatching orders.
- Track Deliveries: Monitor driver progress, address potential delays, and ensure successful order completion.
- Handle Issues: Resolve dispatch-related challenges, such as incorrect addresses, missing items, or urgent reroutes.

Minimum Qualifications
- Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with drivers and internal teams.
- Exceptional attention to detail to ensure order accuracy and proper documentation.
- Effective time management skills to handle multiple orders and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address dispatch-related challenges proactively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in dispatching, logistics, or transportation operations.
- Familiarity with mapping and route planning tools for optimal delivery coordination.
- Knowledge of dispatch software or fleet management systems.
