**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and optimize advanced AI and machine learning models to address complex challenges.
- Write and publish high-quality scientific articles, white papers, and research papers in peer-reviewed journals.
- Stay updated on the latest AI advancements, frameworks, and tools to integrate state-of-the-art techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and product managers, to translate business problems into AI-driven solutions.
- Mentor junior AI engineers and researchers to foster a culture of innovation and technical growth.
- Present research findings and technical developments at conferences, workshops, or internal meetings.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in AI engineering, machine learning, or a similar role.
- Strong experience in writing and publishing scientific articles in journals or conferences.
- Proficiency in AI frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or similar.
- Expertise in programming languages like Python, R, or Java.
- Hands-on experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimization.
- Familiarity with tools and platforms for big data processing (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or reinforcement learning.
- Familiarity with research writing tools such as LaTeX.
- Knowledge of MLOps tools and techniques for deploying AI solutions.
- Recognition in peer-reviewed journals or prior contributions to conferences.
