**Requirements**:
We're seeking a experienced RPA developers to automate business processes using Microsoft Power Automate and other relevant automation tools.

The developer work closely with the internal team to identify automation opportunities, recommend the most suitable tools, and provide ongoing development and support for the automation solutions.

**Objectives**

Identify business processes that can be automated to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.

Develop automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate and other appropriate RPA tools.

Provide ongoing support and maintenance for RPA solutions post-implementation.

**Scope of Services**

Process Identification and Automation Strategy

Collaborate with the internal team to assess and identify key business processes suitable for automation.

Propose the best automation tools (including Microsoft Power Automate) based on process complexity, scalability, and business requirements.

**RPA Implementation**

Develop and deploy RPA solutions using the selected tools, ensuring that they are tailored to meet the business needs.

Ensure smooth integration with existing systems and workflows.

**Vendor Expertise and Collaboration**

The vendor should have proven capabilities in using Microsoft Power Automate as well as other leading RPA tools to implement automation solutions.

The vendor’s team should have experience working directly with business users to understand their requirements, gather feedback, and translate it into automated workflows.

**Support and Maintenance**

Provide ongoing support for the RPA solutions, including troubleshooting, performance monitoring, and updates.

Ensure that any issues are promptly addressed, and the bots continue to function efficiently over time.
