**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation and review of contracts, agreements, and other legal documentation.
- Conduct legal research and contribute to the development of legal strategies.
- Support the legal team in corporate governance activities and regulatory compliance matters.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide prompt legal assistance.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute effectively to group projects.
