**Description**

You as a Sales and Marketing Specialist will be part of Hitachi Energy business based in New Cairo. General Sales & Marketing work focuses on a combination of general sales and marketing work including face-to-face or remote sales to new or existing customers. Assessing customer needs and suggesting appropriate products, services and/or solutions. Planning, developing, and delivering the marketing strategy for products/services and associated brands. Evaluating, measuring, and managing the product or brand P&L (e.g., budgeting, expenditures, profitability, return-on-investment, etc.) Incumbents in this specialization may also provide customer service and support in the form of information on product/price and resolution to issues related to billing, shipping, delivery, complaints, etc. and matching to this specialization are compensated based on achievement of sales targets. An Experienced Professional P2 applies practical knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience. Working independently with general supervision.

**Your responsibilities**
- **Strategy**:Understanding the key business drivers of the relevant customer’s business and business environment and interprets the impact and opportunity for Hitachi Energy. Participating in the development of sales strategies for the account by providing the customer’s current business and long-term plans. Leading the development and implementation of the account plan and growth actions.
- ** Targets **Defining and proposing sales targets for the account and ensuring their achievement with a structured follow up process across divisions and countries. Selling products or solutions or services to customers, focusing on volume, mix and profitability targets representing all Hitachi Energy.
- ** Marketing**:Creating added value for the customer and Hitachi by ensuring a coordinated sales approach (e.g., frame agreements, AVL related actions).
- ** Market Knowledge**:Monitoring competitors’ activity with the account and ensures that appropriate response strategies are formulated and implemented. Giving input on market price developments.
- ** Safety and integrity**:Living Hitachi Energy’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

**Your background**
- A bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
- Reporting directly to the sales lead and you will be part of a dynamic sales team.
- Growing and developing customer relationships with new and existing customers.
- New business
- securing and identifying new accounts and maintaining existing accounts, client relationships and growing their accounts.
- Actively driving the business forward and attending customer sites and offices to gather information and develop new business.
- Promoting the company’s full range of services and products and managing a portfolio of assigned accounts to achieve long-term success.
- Preparing and providing regular update account plans.
- Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
