- Maintain regular communication with clients to address inquiries, provide updates, and ensure a positive client experience.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly and effectively to client needs and concerns.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and develop best practices for client service.
- Assist in training new staff on operational procedures and protocols to ensure a cohesive working environment.
- Participate in team meetings, providing insights and feedback on operational improvements and client service strategies.
- Stay informed about current policies and procedures to offer accurate information to clients.

- Analytical Skills
- Communication and Customer Service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Experience in the immigration or legal field is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Excellent English language skills.
- French Language skills is an asset.
