**_Responsibilities:_**

**SEO Strategy**
- Conduct keyword research and integrate SEO best practices into all content efforts.
- Develop and execute comprehensive on-page and off-page SEO strategies to enhance website rankings and traffic.
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics and refine strategies to achieve measurable results.
- Build and maintain high-quality backlinks through strategic outreach, partnerships, and collaborations.

**Content Creation**
- Develop engaging content focused on HR trends, recruitment strategies, and workforce management.
- Tailor content to resonate with diverse audience segments, including businesses, HR professionals, and job seekers.

**Content Strategy and Planning**
- Collaborate with marketing, HR, and other teams to plan and execute content campaigns aligned with business objectives.
- Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent delivery of relevant, timely, and impactful content.
- Research industry trends and competitor activity to generate innovative content ideas.

**Performance Analysis**
- Utilize analytics tools to track content performance, backlink efficacy, and user engagement.
- Provide actionable insights to optimize content campaigns and SEO strategies.
- Monitor conversion rates and adjust tactics to improve results.

**Collaboration**
- Partner with designers, developers, and marketing professionals to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
- Foster relationships with bloggers, influencers, and webmasters to support link-building initiatives.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as an Off-Page SEO Specialist, Content Marketer, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, link-building strategies, keyword research, and ranking factors.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with experience in creating high-quality, SEO-optimized content in Arabic and English.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, and other SEO and analytics platforms.
- Ability to analyze backlink profiles, monitor website performance metrics, and optimize strategies accordingly.
- Knowledge of digital marketing trends, HR industry insights, and content creation best practices.
- Strong project management skills and ability to maintain a content calendar.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills for cross-functional teamwork.

**Additional Information** Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms.
- Familiarity with graphic design and content creation tools.
- Previous experience in the HR or recruitment industry is a plus.
- Understanding of UX writing and its impact on website usability.
