**Role Overview**: As a Data Engineer at MaxAB, you'll be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines that support the flow of information across various systems. Your work will enable data-driven decision-making and help develop robust data infrastructure that supports analytics, reporting, and machine learning initiatives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, maintain, and optimize data pipelines for efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
- Collaborate with data analysts, BI engineers, and cross-functional teams to understand data needs and build solutions that scale.
- Implement and manage data integration processes between various internal and external sources.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security throughout the data lifecycle.
- Work on data modeling and architecture design to facilitate high-performance analytics.
- Monitor data pipeline performance and implement improvements to maximize reliability and efficiency.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in data engineering and analytics.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business informatics, Computer Science, Data Science or any related Field.
- 0-2 years of experience in Data Engineering or relevant Field.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery).
- Hands-on experience with ETL tools such as Apache Airflow, dbt, or similar frameworks.
- Solid programming skills in Python, Java, or Scala.
- Knowledge of data modeling techniques and best practices for building scalable data solutions.
- Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) for data storage and processing.
- Problem-solving aptitude and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams to deliver impactful solutions.
