- 11311- **Network Management**: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization's network, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and security.
- ** Network Design**: Develop and implement network design strategies that align with organizational goals and support scalability.
- ** Router Implementation**: Lead the implementation and configuration of routers, ensuring efficient and secure routing of network traffic.
- ** Switch Implementation**: Manage the design and implementation of switches, optimizing network connectivity and performance.
- ** Firewall Implementation**: Implement and maintain firewall solutions to safeguard the organization's network from external threats.
- ** Security Infrastructure Management**: Oversee the overall management of security infrastructure, including intrusion detection and prevention systems and any other security components like WAF, DNS security, Web filteretc.
- ** Incident Response Planning**: Develop and maintain incident response plans for network security incidents, ensuring a rapid and effective response.
- ** Capacity Planning**: Conduct capacity planning for network resources, ensuring that the network can handle current and future demands.
- ** Performance Monitoring**: Implement monitoring tools to assess the performance of network and security infrastructure, taking proactive measures to address any issues.
- ** Collaboration with IT Teams**: Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate network and security measures seamlessly into the organization's infrastructure.
- ** Vendor Management**: Manage relationships with network and security vendors, ensuring effective procurement and support services. Maintain all company’s service “availability, Sustainability for all locations etc.
- ** Documentation**: Maintain comprehensive documentation of network and security configurations, policies, and procedures.
- ** Training and Development**: Provide training and development opportunities for the network and security team to enhance skills and knowledge.
- ** Compliance**: Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to network and security infrastructure.

**Requirements**:

- ** Education**: Bachelor's degree in IT, Networking, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CCNP, CISSP) are a plus.
- ** Experience**: +7 of experience in managing network and security infrastructure, with a proven track record of optimizing performance.
- ** Network Design**: Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing scalable and secure network architectures.
- ** Security Infrastructure**: In-depth knowledge of security infrastructure, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and security best practices.
- ** Incident Response**: Proven ability to develop and maintain incident response plans for network security incidents.
- ** Capacity Planning**: Experience in conducting capacity planning for network resources to meet current and future demands.
- ** Vendor Management**: Strong vendor management skills, with experience in effective procurement and support services.
