Create, develop and implement sales strategies -Plan, organize and manage all sales activities -Identify, analyze and implement new methods and techniques to determine sales growth -Establish and implement sales objectives and goals مهام مسئول المبيعات : على مسئول المبيعات اولا فهم المنتج او الخدمه التي يقوم بيعها بشكل جيد وذلك ليتمكن من اقناع العميل- وضع خطة عمل شهريه و يقسمها الى اسبوعيه و برنامج عمل يومي- تحديد الهدف (الفئه المستدفه ) و تقسيمها الى الاهم وما دون ذلك- تحديد برنامج خاص للاتصالات- تحديد جدول زمني للزيارات و و ضع البدائل دائما في حال فشل احد المواعيد- اللباقه وحسن المظهر و الاسلوب الجيد و المهاره في كسر الحاجز و كسب ثقة العميل

أسست الشركة سنة 2013 لتكون شركة متخصصة في تسويق العقارات. تهدف الشركة الي أن تكون الشركة الأولى في مجال تسويق العقارات في مصر والشرق الأوسط. 100 مليون جنيه مصري هي مبيعات شركة ستب وان العقارية خلال السنة الماضية. وتستهدف تحقيق 350 مليون جنيه مصري مبيعات خلال العام الحالي. 100 مليون جنيه مصري هو حجم مبيعات شركة ستب وان العقارية خلال عام 2013، على خلاف الكثير من الشركات التي توقفت مبيعاتها بسبب ظروف السوق هدف الشركة الي أن تكون الشركة الأولى فى مجال تسويق العقارات فى مصر والشرق الأوسط فى سوق عقارى أكثر شفافية ومصداقية مما يعود بالفائدة على البائع والمشترى على حدٍ سواء. الرسالة تهدف شركة ستب وان العقارية من خلال تسويق المشروعات السياحية والسكنية تهدف الى انعاش السوق العقارى من خلال إثبات نظرية أن المعوقات لابد ألا تقف حائلا دون تحقيق الهدف. وتهدف شركة ستب وان العقارية دائما الى خلق مزيد من فرص العمل وإعطاء نموذج لمناخ يضمن الخبرة للعاملين
