Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for an ERP & SCM Solution Architect - Oracle Expert for one of our partners, a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology and engineering services.
This position requires flexibility to work on US times and flexibility to travel abroad when needed.

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary solution architect for ERP and SCM domains, ensuring alignment with business goals and global best practices.
- Lead the design and implementation of Oracle ERP and SCM solutions across modules such as Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain Planning.
- Act as a key point of contact for the client, working closely with the Engagement Manager and delivery teams.
- Replace the current UK-based lead and ensure a smooth transition of responsibilities.
- Provide strategic guidance and architectural oversight throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
- Drive workshops, requirement gathering, solution design, and stakeholder presentations.
- Ensure compliance with global standards and local regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record in leading large-scale, multi-country ERP/SCM implementations.
- Deep understanding of Oracle ERP Cloud and Oracle SCM Cloud modules.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and guide stakeholders.
- Experience working in multicultural environments and managing global teams.
- Fluent in English; French fluency is a strong advantage.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Oracle certifications in ERP and SCM modules.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Familiarity with integration platforms and middleware solutions.
