**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Several years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on implementing and configuring ServiceNow modules, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Asset Management, and CMDB.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- ServiceNow certification, such as Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), is preferred.
