**Job Description**:
We are constantly growing and are currently looking for One (1) **Planner** to join a top qualified and knowledgeable team of Project Controls Team in our Cairo Office, Egypt.

**What you will need to do**:

- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
- Analyze project progress, identify potential schedule delays and cost overruns, and recommend corrective actions.
- Assist in developing and monitoring project budgets, cost forecasts, and cash flow projections with the project controls team
- Implement earned value management (EVM) principles and practices.
- Prepare regular progress reports, including schedule updates, and variance analysis.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to meet project objectives.
- Review and analyze subcontractor schedules and cost proposals.
- Ensure compliance with US Government regulations and OBO requirements.
- Contribute to risk management activities by identifying and assessing potential project risks.
- Participate in project meetings and provide schedule and cost updates

**What you will need to have**:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 4 or 5 years of experience in construction planning and scheduling.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6
- The option to work from Egypt or join an overseas project.
- Proven experience working on at least two completed projects of similar scope and complexity. (International project experience is highly recommended)
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, cost control principles, and earned value management (EVM).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Excellent English speaking and writing skills are essential. The ability to communicate effectively with US Government personnel is crucial.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working on US Government projects is highly preferred. This includes familiarity with the USACE (US Army Corps of Engineers) standards, OBO, and other relevant regulations.

**What it is nice to have**:

- Previous working experience as Planner (Civil Specialization) with EPC/Heavy Industrial construction company, preferably in Marine Infrastructure Projects would be an added advantage
