Production Engineer

Control the production work flow, processes & Procedures. - Lead, train and guide the production team. - Plan and organize the daily production activities. - Implement daily and weekly production schedule and prepare daily and weekly production reports. - Works closely with departments for process improvement and product quality assurance such as (Quality, Material Planning, Purchasingetc). - Estimate the cost of production and come up with cost-saving methods. - Develops efficient manufacturing methods based on the firm’s budget allocation, always trying to strike the right balance between quality and cost without impacting the quality of the final product. - Following up daily troubleshooting during operation. - Hands on when required at times of emergencies.
Language: V. Good command in both written and spoken English Computer Skills: Very good user of Microsoft Office Technical Requirements: - Have a strong knowledge of the entire manufacturing process, from start to finish, as well as a working knowledge of the overall business needs and what customers need and expect. Qualifications: 1. Ability to deal with blue collar workers 2. Ability to work quickly and under pressure 3. Ability to manage a varied workload 4. Excellent problem-solving skills 5. An awareness of health and safety legislation.
