**Role Purpose**:
Responsible for managing relationship and business agreements with Vodafone devices approved vendors; that secure providing maximum benefit for Vodafone, as well as supporting Vodafone high-level strategy and plans.

**Job Responsibility**:
**Key accountabilities and decision ownership**:

- Ownership and accountability of managing the relationship between vendors and Vodafone.
- Act as a key liaison and focal point between devices vendors and internal stakeholders (Merchandising, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Warehouse, Technologyetc)
- Negotiate with vendors on quarterly basis; The trade and marketing funds based on Vodafone commercial calendar.
- Manage the vendors and corresponding contracts, perform regular service review meetings and (KPI) reporting as well as day to day service updates.
- Issuing Commercial Purchase orders for devices based on the agreed upon plans as well as monitoring fulfilment.
- On-going meetings with vendors to align products supply forecast plan.
- Conduct research on available vendors to determine potential vendors that provide best offering as of products pricing and service.
- Create reports and dashboard to track, measure, report and evaluate vendor performance.
- Arrange and plan for quarterly management meeting with vendors to discuss performance and potential business opportunities.

3. Stock Aging

**Job Qualifications**:
Core competencies, knowledge and experience:

- In-depth knowledge of Product Management (At least 3 years)
- In-depth knowledge vendor management in Smart Tech and Consumer Electronics Field (At least 3 years)
- Ability to work independently.
- Time and project management skills including the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time.
- Bachelor degree in Business, Finance, Economics or Marketing

Must have technical / professional qualifications:

- Product Management of Smart-Tech & Consumer Electronics Products
- Product Forecasting & Merchandising Management of Smart Tech Products
- Excellent Communication Skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent Presentation skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Strong proficiency in analysis tools including Microsoft Excel
- Strong proficiency in presentation tools including Microsoft PowerPoint
