**Job Scope**:

- Covering Inventory, Logistics, Demand and transportation planning for DCom Channel
- First point of contact for DtC North Africa
- Dcommerce and new business models are growing immensely and resulting in the need of a new approach in Supply Chain. This requires Lean Start-up type mentality of ownership, and eagerness to embrace the new digital initiatives to maintain the changes occurring.
- To advance and be best in class, Supply Chain needs to understand the models of Dcommerce, the financial sustainable options, and test the operational capabilities in terms of Packaging and Transportation to meet the new consumer needs.
- Will be responsible for DCommerce customers from Supply Chain perspective. He/she will have responsibilities for customer facing, performance management and files management, leading bundles agenda and exclusive portfolio in North Africa.
**Roles & Responsibilities**
**Digital Customer Service Mgmt**
- Onboard, manage and run day to day Dcommerce customer operational responsibilities
- Be customer facing of Dcommerce Customers from Supply Chain perspective
- Lead execution on relevant solutions to tackle service, inventory, and cost challenges
- Work closely with CD and Logistics to ensure operations efficiency
- Assisting with online sales support for order processing including Stocks availability and movement, handling service issues and managing Dtc orders & operations
- Responsibility for dispatching orders
- First point of contact to the CD Dcomm team, and to the SC team for all Dcomm related queries for their customers
- Dcomm unique SKUs' innovation network and launch
- DtC daily operations for all platforms (Unidukan and what will come in future as market place)
- Promo and bundles management for North Africa
- Managing the VWH for both regulars and promos in North Africa
**Performance Mgmt**
- Develop WOW and Process as the whole NRS is a white space
- Develop and own he working files for performance management and KPIs
- Manage VWH and inventory KPIs
- Manage Dcom channel service levels
- Set up bias and accuracy by SKU by Customer with digital team for Bundles and Exclusive SKUs
- Setup Dcomm S&OP and demand planning
- Manage Transportation KPIs and deliver costs
- Support cross-functional Dcommerce metrics (e.g. online availability)
- Test new capabilities to improve performance mgmt. with SC Digital team
**eCom-fit Capability Building**
- Build new delivery models enabling competitive edge for Digital Channels
- Build necessary capabilities in our supply chain to fit Dcomm customers with support from logistics (piece picking, back-to-back model, bundles..etc)
**Professional Skills**:
**ESSENTIAL**
- University degree in Engineering /Business Administration / SC
- Excellent communication skills
- Passionate about Dcommerce & online customer
- Understanding drivers for success in consumer goods Dcommerce
- Flexible, collaborative and pro-active
- Naturally curious, eager to learn new digital / Dcommerce trends
**PREFERRED**
- SAP or any ERP system knowledge is preferable.
- Good working knowledge of Supply Chain Processes
- Familiar with Data analysis, R programing language and SQL is prefered
- 1-2 Working experience in Dcommerce SC
**Experience Required**:
**ESSENTIAL**
- Proven track record of analytical thinking and project management
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills working with cross functional teams.
- Ability to lead and coordinate with teams remotely.
- Understanding of data science and its potential in supply chain
**PREFERRED**
- Experience in Supply chain Planning, logistics and Dcommerce operations
- Experienced in leading projects from idea phase to execution.
- Experienced in analytics for large amount of data.
- Setting up new processes and developing the tools to measure for continuous improvement
