Lead and inspire a team of product designers, providing mentorship, guidance, and feedback to foster their professional growth and ensure design excellence.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including product managers, engineers, and business leaders, to define product design strategies that align with business goals and user needs. Translate business requirements into compelling design concepts and solutions.
- Conduct user research activities, such as interviews, usability testing, and competitive analysis, to gain deep insights into user behaviors, preferences, and pain points. Use research findings to inform design decisions and drive user-centered design processes.
- Generate innovative design concepts and solutions, leveraging sketching, wireframing, and prototyping techniques. Create interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts and gather feedback from stakeholders and users.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and marketers, to ensure a seamless integration of design across the product development lifecycle. Foster a collaborative and inclusive design culture within the organization.
- Define and enforce design standards, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across all product designs. Conduct design reviews to provide constructive feedback and ensure adherence to design principles and brand guidelines.
- Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of design solutions through usability testing, data analysis, and user feedback. Iterate on designs based on feedback and insights to optimize the user experience.
- Stay abreast of the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices. Share knowledge and insights with the design team and contribute to the evolution of design processes and methodologies.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise and leadership abilities.
- Minimum of 2 years in a leadership role, guiding and developing design teams.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or other relevant software. Experience with prototyping tools and motion design is a plus.
- Deep understanding and practical experience in user-centered design methodologies and processes. Ability to advocate for the user and translate user insights into design decisions.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with experience in guiding and inspiring a team of designers. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to think strategically and align design efforts with business objectives. Experience in translating business requirements into design strategies and solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to approach complex design challenges creatively and systematically.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality design work.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- A passion for learning and staying updated with the latest design trends, tools, and methodologies.
