**Envision Employment Solutions** is currently looking for a Senior Specialist, Security Testing for one of our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Security testing of the entity's systems against the requirements and standards before system go live.
- Produce security testing reports to bring out security issues against system testing to relevant stakeholders.
- Manage tools and software to aid security testing and vulnerability management.
- Co-ordinate with external vulnerability scanning service providers to conduct scanning and penetration testing as per compliance requirements (PCI DSS) or security schedule.
- Follow-up and pursue closure of security findings brought out while security testing and scanning with relevant IT staff.
- Advise on protection of the availability, integrity and confidentiality of systems.
- Ensure that methods for data encryption are available and used where appropriate.
- Provide guidance and support on information security practices to development projects to ensure that systems developed provide adequate information security.
- Provide guidance and support on information security practices to operations and end user support staff to ensure that systems in use provide adequate information security.
- Update and maintain security testing procedures and hardening documents for various platforms.
- Progress and track actions allocated on the security issues and risks register.
- Maintain vendor relationships to maintenance and support for security tools and systems under GISO custody.
- Understand Agile development and continuous security assessment.
- Recommend security products and solutions befitting security testing needs as per latest security trends and effectiveness.
- Test and validate security issues brought out by audit and support resolution.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree in Science (Computer related field)
- 4+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Information Security, Technology Infrastructure or Application Development with experience of working in the financial sector
- OSCP, CEH, CISSP certified or equivalent

- Expert capabilities to research, create, develop and deliver professional briefings, multimedia presentations, and written reports to both operational and senior leadership levels

- Organizational, time management, customer service and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated flexibility, initiative, judgment and discretion
