**Minimum requirements**
- 10+ years of experience in a training, capability building or change management discipline.- Previous demonstrable experience leading significant transformational initiatives
- Stakeholder engagement and partnership with the ability to influence at all levels of leadership
- Passion for transformation and change towards the future of work and building a skills based, fluid organization
- Ability to connect concepts and ideas to tangible outcomes
- Deep understanding of organizational development and specializing in change management
- Human Centered Learning Design.
