**Position Summary**

**A day in the life of...**
- ** Team management**: Build and maintain a qualified, engaged, and high-performing team.
- ** Promote company values**: Be a role model for company values within the team.
- ** Manage and coordinate teams**: Ensure timely and accurate execution of O2C process.
- ** Monitor process performance**: Identify areas for service, quality and productivity improvement and ensure execution of related initiatives.
- ** Deliver business results and SLAs**: Drive specific initiatives to ensure delivery of business outcomes, in line with Market business objectives. Ensure service delivery in line with agreed SLA’s, and drive action plans to continuously improve them in collaboration with third-party providers and Markets.
- ** Ensure compliance**: Maintain control and visibility over activities in scope, upholding internal control requirements.
- ** Drive process improvement**: Champion continuous improvement and process standardization for the E2E process. Collaborate with IBS and Market partners on best practices and global solution implementation. Identify opportunities for digital transformation, leveraging Data Analytics and Robotic Process Automation.
- ** Stakeholder management**: Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders. Collaboratively address challenges impacting performance or service, involving internal customers and support units.
- ** Develop and implement service expansion plans**: Align O2C team objectives with IBS strategy and Market executive stakeholders.
- ** Budget management**: Partner with the NBS controller to create and monitor operational budgets.

**Am I a Good fit?**
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain or a related field.
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in leading and managing large teams.
- Strong understanding of supply chain and finance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong stakeholder management.
- Experience with project management methodologies is a plus.
- Experience in digital transformation, data analytics or automation is a plus.
- Understanding of Business Services operations
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, 6-sigmas)
