Preparation Supervisor Maintenance Engineer

Eshratex is A well Reputed Cotton Spinning Company Located in Alexandria, Egypt is Hiring a Preparation **_Supervisor Maintenance Engineer _**to join on-board ASAP.

**As the Following Details;**

**1.Department** : Preparation (Blow room to Roving)

**2. Reports To** : Vice Technical Director

**A. Job Summary**
- Responsible for supervising mechanical maintenance and ensuring the optimal performance of all preparation machines.
- Leading a team of mechanics on ensuring preventive and corrective maintenance plans to maintain the machines at their original condition
- Maintain / Improve the machine availability and efficiency to achieve the production targets with quality standards

**B. Key Responsibilities**

**_Preventive Maintenance Planning & Execution_**
- Effectively implement the maintenance plan and schedules on time
- Supervise and ensure the preventive and corrective maintenance in blow room, carding, draw frames, unilap, comber and roving
- Monitor mechanical condition, safety switches and performance of machines
- Condition of the components to be ensured through checklist during maintenance works
- Ensure proper lubrication schedule, various settings and calibration as per manufacturer instruction manuals.
- Continuously improve the maintenance plan to maintain the machines in best condition.
- Maintain all the maintenance records like logbooks, Machine history, and checklists etc.

**_ Breakdown Maintenance_**
- Quickly respond to mechanical failures or breakdowns with minimum downtime by systematically acting on various reasons for the breakdown.
- Root cause analysis to be done for breaks downs. Preventive measures to be implemented to eliminate the recurrence of same type of breakdowns
- Maintain the Breakdown analysis record for major breakdowns and maintenance logbooks to record all breakdowns.

**_ Inventory and spare parts_**
- Monitor spare parts inventory and make purchase requests in time considering the purchase lead time.
- Essential spares must be Maintained in stock to avoid machine downtime.
- Spares must be ordered for the exact quantities required based on consumption rate to avoid nonmoving stocks in warehouse and inventory cost.

**_ Team management_**
- Lead and train the maintenance technicians for right work method and standard operating procedures on all maintenance works.
- Allocate and follow up daily maintenance works, Shift works and emergency works
- Ensure proper storage and handling of tools, spares and Lubricants
- Follow up production supervisors for machine issues to minimize downtime and maintain machine efficiency
- Follow up with Quality Control department to resolve all quality nonconformities

**_ Qualifications & Skills_**_:_

**Education**: Bachelor’s in mechanical/industrial Engineering

**Experience**: Plus 10 Years of Experience, at least **_5+ years as maintenance supervisor in Spinning Mill _**

**_Technical Skills _**
- Well experienced in Rieter Preparatory machines maintenance works
- Well experienced to do card wire mounting, Flat end milling, flat clipping, Grinding and all works in card service room.
- Troubleshooting on quality issues in all preparatory machines

**_ Work Environment / Machineries _**
- Rieter Blow Room lines with Unifloc, Uniclean, Unimix and Uniflex
- Rieter Cards C51 & C 70
- Rieter Lap former E 32 and Combers E 65 & E80
- Rieter Draw frames SB D40, SB D45 and RSB D40
- Rieter Roving F15 & F16
- Graf card room accessories
- 100 % Cotton Process

**Working Hours**: Day shift (8.00 AM to 4.00 PM)
