**Job Mandate/Summary**:
The Senior Contracts Executive’s focus is to maintain the company’s direct hotel portfolio in the designated territorial destination as assigned by the Contracting Manager, ensuring visibility and competitiveness. Responsibilities include maintaining suppliers’ inventory and rates as per the contractual agreements for FIT static and/or dynamic commissionable agreements.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Negotiate competitive rates and availability (allocation and/or free sale) as assigned.
- Monitor competitor pricing and availability, responding accordingly.
- Liaise with the Contracting Manager regarding hotel production volumes to ensure adequate inventory.
- Coordinate with the Contracting Manager on promotional opportunities within designated destinations/regions.
- Ensure all contract administration is completed accurately and in line with company guidelines.
- Verify that all hotel information (photos, facilities, contact details) is accurate and up-to-date.
- Negotiate bookouts and booking issues to minimize and avoid losses.
- Act as a solutions provider in the designated region.
- Undertake regular business trips and attend trade fairs as required.
- Carry out other administrative tasks as needed.

**Education and Training**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism Studies or an equivalent major.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English is essential.
- Experience in the travel trade, tourism industry, and/ or hospitality, supported by proven contracting experience within OTA/ Wholesale/ BedBank/ TO environments.

**Core Competencies**:

- Strong and persuasive negotiator.
- Ability to produce accurate and analytical reports from various data sources.
- Personal commitment, proactive approach, results-oriented, with a focus on meeting deadlines.
- Agility and flexibility.

**Work-Related Experience**:

- 3-5 years of contracting and yield management experience (TA/OTA/DMC/WH).
- B2B/B2C contracting experience in the designated destination.
- Hands-on experience in technical contract management (static & channel manager).
