About the Role:
**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and define job requirements.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent across various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate with department heads to ensure timely and efficient onboarding of new hires.
- Track and report key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and quality of hire.
- Stay updated on market trends, best practices, and recruitment technologies to enhance the talent acquisition process.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the FMCG or food industry.
- Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
- Knowledge of labor laws and hiring regulations in Egypt.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors or similar HR systems is a plus.
