Act as member of customer service department responsible for managing the following inquiry
- to-cash commercial aspects for Egypt customers:

- Review customers enquiries, identify codes, complete pricing & prepare quotations in coordination with sales team and sister companies.
- Manage fixed price contracts for Egypt, load it in SAP and review Terms & Conditions.
- Processing of Sales & Service orders in SAP.
- Follow up and monitor internal order processing and delivery performance.
- Complete export shipping documentation.
- Support external sales team with specific customer account information.
- Raise notifications for non-compliances and assist finance in payment issues
- Reports - All CST related reports
- Review LOC for commercial terms and conditions.
- Sales & Order forecast update and reporting.
- Manage goods receipt & delivery on ERP (SAP).

The Individual
- University degree in engineering, preferably Mechanical.
- 1 - 3 yrs. of experience in internal sales & customer service.
- Knowledge of business tools (CRM & ERP), SAP knowledge is advantage.
- Sound Knowledge in logistics, shipping and familiar with export documentation.
- Ability to learn John Crane product Portfolio & codes
- Good team player, able to work independently and takes initiative to resolve issues.
- Computer literature of MS office & Outlook
- Fluency in written and spoken English & Arabic
- Experience in working in multinational and multicultural environment is advantage.
