About the Role

Digital Media fast growing company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join their dynamic team as we develop our mobile app.

**Job Details**:
**Responsibilities**:
Take full ownership and accountability for the app's technical development, serving as the key decision-maker for all technology-related aspects.
Provide technical leadership and strategic guidance for our mobile app development.
Oversee the design, development, and deployment of our mobile app on iOS and Android platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and business executives, to align technical decisions with business goals.
Manage and mentor mobile app development teams, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Ensure code quality, scalability, and security standards are maintained throughout the development lifecycle.
Evaluate and implement best practices, tools, and technologies to optimize development processes.
Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and mobile app development practices.
Participate in the recruitment and hiring process to build a skilled and efficient development team.

**Qualifications**:
Proven experience in mobile app development, preferably with expertise in either iOS or Android development. Familiarity with both platforms is a plus.
Strong understanding of mobile app architecture, design patterns, and development best practices.
Knowledge of backend development using MEAN Stack architecture (MongoDB, Express, Angular, and NodeJS) or similar technologies.
Previous experience in a leadership role, managing teams or projects, and providing technical oversight.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make strategic decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and project management practices.
A passion for staying updated with the latest technology trends and advancements in mobile app development.
