What we’re looking for:
We seek a motivated and enthusiastic fresh graduate to join our team as a Manufacturing Engineer Trainee. This position offers a unique opportunity for recent graduates or entry-level professionals to gain hands-on experience and develop their skills in production engineering within our organization.

# What you will do
- Performing time studies to improve production cycle times.
- Plant layout improvements and planning.
- Workplace organization and ergonomics.
- Process standardization and documentation.
- Conduct data analysis and generate reports to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Learn and adhere to safety protocols and regulatory requirements in the production environment.
- Data mining & data analysis

# Who you are
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or related field).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and solve problems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude towards learning and professional development.
- Prior internship or co-op experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with engineering software is a plus.
