Concrete engineers are civil engineers who specialize in the design and analysis of structures that require concrete. They engineer the construction of a variety of structures, such as tanks, Residential and commercial, Industrial, plants and towers buildings. These professionals are at the intersection of science and industry, combining their knowledge of math, science, and construction technology to create safe and functional structures.

Core Responsibilities

To perform this role successfully, the individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

- Ensure compliance with SNC Quality Management Procedures.
- Deliver projects on time and to quality and budget.
- Working with architects and engineers to design concrete structures
- Mentoring of Graduate/Assistant Engineers.
- Be highly self-motivated and ambitious.
- Be able to work with limited supervision.
- Be able to build excellent working relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Have experience of using written and spoken English within a business environment.
- Knowledge in French would be an advantage
- Conducting field inspections of construction sites to ensure that the concrete work

**Core Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Structure department
- Excellent graduation at Concrete Project is preferable.
- Master’s degree at Concrete structure is Preferable
- At least 4 to 8 years of experience in design of concrete structures such as below mentioned: Residential and commercial buildings.
- Industrial, infrastructure facilities (Water tanks, wastewater, desalination plants, pumpstations, electrical substation).
- Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel proficient. Basic knowledge on drafting design and analysis software Sap, Etab, Safe, Robot, Prokon, SP-Columns
- Basic knowledge on drafting software AutoCAD, Revit (BIM).
- Creating Civil/Concrete specifications and Bill of Quantities
- Familiarity with Concrete codes IS/BS, ACI, SBC, ECP, AISC Codes of Practice.
