Tagaddod is seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Executive to ensure that our products consistently meet both internal and external quality standards. As a key member of the quality team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Your role will be essential in maintaining the integrity of our operations and enhancing customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement quality control procedures for products, processes, and operations to ensure compliance with industry and company standards.
- Analyze and enhance production and operational processes to improve product quality, reduce waste, and increase efficiency.
- Investigate quality issues, conduct root cause analyses, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain comprehensive records and documentation related to quality inspections, tests, and audits, generating reports to support decision-making and compliance.
- Conduct quality training sessions
- Conduct regular visits to our various locations to monitor quality standards, assess compliance, and identify areas for improvement

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Quality Assurance, Engineering, Biology, Chemistry).
- 3+ years of experience in quality assurance or quality control, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and regulatory standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software.
