**About the role**:
As a Front-End Lead, you will spearhead the translation of our innovative designs and layouts into high-quality, best-practice JavaScript components. You will play a crucial role in refining client-side architecture, setting and maintaining high coding standards, and leading the implementation of functional, user-friendly web-based solutions from mockups.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the integration of independent HTML/CSS into existing code, ensuring fully operational and polished features.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of responsive, cross-browser compatible front-end user interfaces.
- Collaborate closely with backend teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
- Mentor and guide front-end developers, fostering a culture of excellence and adherence to best practices.
- Work alongside web designers to ensure the visual design intent is accurately reflected in the final product.
- Lead and advocate for test automation efforts to ensure robust and reliable code.
- Design and develop website layouts and user interfaces based on standard HTML/CSS practices from designs and mockups.

**Requirements**:
**Required Skills & Abilities**:

- A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.
- Ability to write modular, scalable, and clean code.
- Self-motivated, driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Technical expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, SaaS, and Angular/React.

**ducation & Experience**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
- **Experience**: 5+ years in front-end development.
- Proven experience on agile software development teams, working iteratively with designers, product managers, and stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of modern HTML/CSS and JavaScript frameworks (React/Angular).
- Strong understanding of the full web stack.
- Quality-oriented with high attention to detail.
- Proficient in verbal and written English communication.
- Experience with front-end MVC frameworks and SEO knowledge is a plus.
