**Key job elements**:

- Plan for long term projects.
- Manage GM global compliance projects for fire fighting system.
- Manage Facility budget.
- Develop projects scope and technical requirements.
- Estimate and Manage the projects budget.
- Select and supervise consultant and contractors.
Report the projects' progress to Top management.
- Assure the Projects quality.
- Cover short term /unplanned project from other functions.
- Cover stakeholder expectations by archiving the projects' goal in time with minimum cost and required quality.
**Knowledge/Education**:

- Bachelor's degree, preferably in mechanical, electrical or civil engineering.
- Project Management certification is a plus.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in relevant functions.
- Practiced working knowledge & experience of project and facility management.

**Skills**:

- Excellent English and Arabic, both spoken and written.
- Excellent command of computer skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- complex problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
