- **Job Purpose**:
Responsible for finding quality goods and services at an acceptable and competitive price that would meet the organization’s needs This is to ensure that the components reach the factory on time fashion

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:
Identify and list down recommended / approved international and locally suppliers based on the following: price, quality, selection, service, support, availability, reliability, production and distribution capabilities, and the supplier’s reputation and history
- Issue purchase orders as requested ensuring speed time delivery of the required quantitiesNegotiate contracts, agreements and pricing with suppliers
- Prepare price comparisons to ensure compliance with the agreed upon contract priceEnsure that all orders adhere to supplier agreements and contracts
- Build relationships with suppliersCalculate international freight charges to determine whether the purchase of the components is economically feasible
- Track orders, confirm delivery dates and costs on SAP
- Review shortage reports and take the necessary actFollow the logistics process with the logistics/follow up section
- Check the goods/parts upon arrival and contact the supplier in case of the presence of any discrepancies
- Check the items benchmark in the market as well the price position for the competitors and inserting the suitable price for retails, fleets, and companies, public and wholesales departments
- Extend & support in technical discussion between supplier and EngineeringReceive invoices from suppliers and verify them against PO and delivery receiptsEnsure PO banking documents are received correctly Ensure that sea freight shipments are insured Provide custom clearance department with all shipment documents to follow up the release
- Review and assign off the suppliers payments regarding the purchasing regulations procedure
- Fulfill additional tasks as per job needs

Bachelor degree in Engineering is a must, preferable Automotive or Mechanical
