**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, implement, and maintain features and functionalities for our internal WordPress website.
- Customize themes, plugins, and templates to align with our brand identity and website goals.
- Support the management and updating of website content, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all pages.
- Perform regular updates, site backups, and security checks to keep the website secure, up-to-date, and fully functional.
- Implement SEO best practices to improve site visibility and optimize content for search engines.
- Collaborate with team members to refine the user experience and improve interface designs to meet internal standards for accessibility and engagement.
- Diagnose and resolve website issues promptly to ensure smooth operation and user satisfaction.
- Continuously monitor and enhance website performance, including load speed and mobile responsiveness.
- Work with cross-functional teams to implement new web features or updates that support company objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in WordPress development.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
- Strong experience with WordPress CMS and custom theme development.
- Knowledge of page builders (e.g., Elementor, WPBakery) and responsive design practices.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and Google Analytics.
- Basic proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or other design tools.
- Strong attention to detail and design aesthetics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills with a proactive approach to website enhancement.
