Why this job is important

We are looking for a Senior QC Analyst to join our team in Cairo. The purpose of this role is to ensure the quality checking of norms and standards by performing stringent conventional and non-conventional checks on data, as well as reviewing and reporting anomalies, patterns, and tabulations. The role is accountable for the quality control of the project and the final data delivered to the client service team.

What you’ll be doing
- Ensure the accuracy and relevance of responses.
- Identify and address instances where respondents select the same answer for all questions.
- Monitor and manage instances of respondents completing surveys too quickly.
- Verify the logical consistency of responses.
- Analyse trends related to brand performance.
- Track and improve survey response rates.
- Ensure the correct sectioning and timestamping of survey data.

The skills & experience needed as Senior QC Analyst
- Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Commerce, Logistics, or any relevant field of study.
- 1-2 years of experience in Fieldwork Management, Quality Control, or Data Processing.
- Extensive experience using MS Excel; knowledge of Macros will be advantageous.
- Experience in statistical and tabulation analysis software will be advantageous.
- Strong organisation and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English & Arabic.
