**We are looking for a Senior Analytics Engineer to join our Analytics Department; as we scale up and drive digital and financial inclusion across our markets.**:

- As a Senior Analytics Engineer, your day-to-day work will include building easy to understand and consistently modelled datasets to serve metrics, dashboards and exploratory analysis; including building data transformation pipelines, primarily by using SQL and Python in dbt, and Airflow infrastructure. _

**About Us**:
At M-KOPA, you will be working in a small 3 or 4 person team role focused on Dimensional Data modelling, Data Engineering, Business and Product Optimization, Cloud Platform Utilization and Data Management.

You will collaborate primarily with cross-functional product and engineering teams with some additional internal business units to gather requirements, understand business needs, and deliver data-driven recommendations.

This is a **fully remote role**, you would be working within the following time zone (UTC -1 / UTC+3) with a diverse group of other employees working remotely from locations such as UK, Europe and Africa. You will be reporting to the **Analytics Engineering Team Lead**.

**Expertise**:
Experience working with orchestration systems such as airflow working with dbt will equally be essential for this role.
