As a Digital Advertising - Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing and growing key client relationships, developing new business opportunities, and leading the digital sales team to achieve revenue targets. You will be responsible for delivering growth to our expanding advertising business across Dubizzle Egypt.

**In this role, you will**:

- Manage a team of two Digital Sales Executives through the whole sales process and provide them with training and support
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, including identifying new business opportunities and managing sales pipelines.
- Work collaboratively with internal and external teams and digital agencies, including creative, media planning, and analytics, to develop and deliver integrated campaigns that meet client objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and bring new ideas and insights to clients and the team.
- Develop and present proposals and pitch materials to clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of their business needs and the value our agency can provide.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide insights and recommendations to clients and the team to optimize future campaigns.
- Ensure timely and accurate billing and financial management of client accounts.
- High levels of sales activity to build a strong pipeline and portfolio of clients across all stages of the sales cycle (source, pitch, negotiate, convert, onboard and rebook).
- Work closely with clients to outline and explore solutions and appropriate campaign structures based upon key KPI’s;
- Identify, drive, up-sell and cross-sell sales all advertising opportunities across your managed portfolio and coordinate with our advertising client to drive incremental pipeline revenue.
- Consistently deliver for your advertisers by creating well-structured and throughout media plans / proposal slides which fit the client’s needs
- Provide solid weekly / monthly revenue forecasts to management which are accurate.
- Collecting market insights and keeping up to date with laws and local development news.
- Oversee projects implementation, supervise a team of sales executives and monitor their performance.
- Check-in with team members regularly and support them in their daily activities

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital sales, with a track record of achieving revenue targets and building strong client relationships.
- Previous Experience in Digital Agencies.
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels and technologies, including social media, display advertising, search marketing, and analytics.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external clients in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and use insights to inform strategic decision-making.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative solutions to client challenges.
