As a Supervisor of logistics operations, you will report to the vendor & onboarding manager and monitor, analyze, improve and vendor performance of our country targets and key performance indicators.

In doing so, you will work closely with the regional and local logistics teams to ensure our operations are efficient, effective and meet regionally & locally established service and quality standards for our vendors.

**What’s On Your Plate?**
- Reporting and monitoring of KPIs and vendor performance.
- Identify and solve vendor performance-related problems by analyzing and deriving insights from large, complex sets of data.
- Providing all data needed for performance improvement on vendor.
- Identify and highlight opportunities for performance improvement
- Support internal stakeholders with ad hoc requests
- Create and improve any required dashboards for the vendor team to be able to monitor different vendor KPIs.
- You will creatively analyze data to generate insights that support strategic decisions

**Qualifications**
- 1 to 3 years of working experience in same/similar field.
- Very good analytical skills.
- Previous work experience in a technical/data-driven environment.
- Excellent communication skills on all levels.
- Well structured and data-driven personality.
- Ability to learn quickly. prioritize tasks and perform under pressure.
- Passionate about the food industry.
- Excellent in process documentations.
